Eastablished in 2005, Elite Learning Academy at Texas Dreams is an academic school providing 2nd-12th grade education designed for dedicated students who are seeking flexibility. We deliver a comprehensive curriculum through a supportive and adaptable learning environment.

MEET OUR LEARNING COACH
Jennifer Z. worked in healthcare for years before joining the ELA teaching team in 2015. She’s a graduate of Baylor University, and enjoys teaching science and math. Her daughter Hannah was both a Texas Dreams gymnast and an ELA student until she graduated in 2021 to further her education at UPenn. Jennifer began teaching hands-on science labs at ELA in 2015, and the rest is history. Jennifer enjoys mentoring students, teaching them to balance athletics, academics, and community involvement. One of her favorite things about teaching at ELA is watching students grow into young adults with individual passions; sending them off to college and seeing them soar. There’s nothing better than when those students come back to share their college/career/life experiences.
MEET OUR TEACHER-LED INSTRUCTOR
Michelle C. has been a dedicated teacher at ELA for the past 15 years. She earned her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from the University of Alabama. Her daughter Reagan was a gymnast for 13 years at Texas Dreams and was one of ELA’s first students before her successful NCAA career as an LSU Tiger, making the school’s journey a personal one for Ms. Michelle as well. As both an educator and a parent of one of ELA’s students, she has loved watching students grow, succeed, and return to share their journeys. Her passion for teaching and commitment to her students make her a valued part of the Texas Dreams and ELA community.

Can non‑gymnasts enroll?
Absolutely. ELA is open to all motivated students, regardless of sport or activity.
What curriculum providers do you support?
Our teachers are certified IUniversity Prep Learning Coaches, we have worked along side Texas Connections and other online programs.
What grade levels does ELA serve?
ELA welcomes students in Grades 2–12. We group learners by developmental stage—Lower School (2–5), Middle School (6–8), and Upper School (9–12)—to ensure age-appropriate instruction and social interaction.
Can my child enroll mid‑semester?
Yes. Because instruction is delivered online, students can begin as soon as we receive placement records and your selected curriculum provider activates their courses—typically within one week of acceptance.
How much time will my child spend on academics each day?
On‑site cohorts meet three hours per day, four days per week. Most students complete another 1–2 hours of independent coursework at home or while traveling. The flexible model means heavy‑training or travel weeks can be front‑loaded or lightened as needed.
What is the application process?
