Level 1 (Ages 5-17)

This introductory class is designed for young gymnasts who are new to the sport. Over the course of an hour, students will learn the basics of gymnastics, including how each event and apparatus works. The focus is on developing body awareness, coordination, and foundational skills in a fun, supportive environment. Students will also learn simple routines to perform for their classmates and coaches, helping to build confidence and a sense of accomplishment.

Level 2 (Ages 5-17)

This class is designed for gymnasts who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready for the next challenge. Building on the basics, students begin learning more complex skills and routines while developing greater independence from their coaches. At this level, consistency and safety are key, as the skills require increased focus, practice, and patience.

Level 3 (Ages 5-17)

This class is designed for gymnasts who have confidently mastered all foundational skills and are ready to take on intermediate-level challenges and beyond. At this stage, athletes are expected to bring strong self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic to every class. There’s no limit to the skills that can be introduced at this level—students are continually encouraged to pursue new skills in this level. As always, proper progressions and safety are emphasized to ensure each gymnast is physically and mentally prepared to take on new challenges.

Do parents count as guests?

No-only the children count toward the 20 guest package limit; parents and adult spectators attend for free.

What is your cancellation policy for Birthday Parties?

At this time, we don't offer a refund on birthday parties. We will reschedule or provide a credit in case of an emergency.

What is the schedule of the two hour party?

Our parties are completely customizable! The coaches base the party off the wishes/goals of the host. Generally, a party will go into the gym together about 15 mins after the start time and the coaches will lead them in activities for about 80 mins, usually leaving the rest of the time for the birthday area where the host can do cake and presents.

What is the shoe/sock policy?

Shoes are not allowed on the gym floor. Bare feet are recommended but not required.

What is your outside decor policy?

All decor is welcome- table cloths, napkins, balloons, banners etc.! We just ask that any tape or sticky tack is removed from any walls after the party.
